Invalid IATS Agent Code and/or Password - This either means your organization doesn't have an 01 sub account with sell permission or your organization's 01 sub account password has been changed. Please contact eTapestry Support at or IATS support at for assistance.
Connected with IATS, there was a temporary outage. Clients are able to successfully try processing the gifts again by using the How to reprocess a failed auto processing transaction.
