I am in a Request record and I click the Documents link under 'Related' at the bottom left corner. However, even though there are documents, the workspace appears blank. Why does this occur and how can I resolve?
If the Workspace of the Related records appears blank, we advise clicking the 'Reset Layout' button toward the bottom of the screen. This should prompt you to correct the columns to display their defaults. Once you do so, the workspace should appear correctly.
