You can disable two-step authentication, such as to change your settings or if you can't receive text messages. On your profile, select Turn off under Two-step authentication, enter your password, and then select Turn off.

If you forgot your password and can't log into your Blackbaud ID, chat with support and reference this article. We can get your two-step authentication turned off so you can register a new device. Once this is done you can set it up again or turn it off in your Blackbaud ID profile. You will need to provide your phone number and have your organization administrator verify it is ok to turn off the two factor authentication.
