1. Create a query of all constituents with an assigned solicitorSort the query by assigned solicitor
  2. Output last gift date and amount from Last Gift > Gift Date, Gift Amount
  3. Output Assigned solicitor from Relationships > Assigned Solicitors > Assigned Solicitor Name
  4. Select any other desired output
  5. Export the query results to .csv or Excel format
  6. Take the list from Excel for each solicitor and drop it into a Word document letter to each Board Member
Note: We cannot use mail or export to create individual letters to each solicitor with a list of their assignees as we cannot output that information in the needed format.
