When opening Fundraiser on the Go, you might notice that the number of records in the Portfolio does not match the number of active (non-historical) prospect plans and steps from the Fundraiser constituent record's Prospect plans tab on the My Fundraiser page.
This happens when the "My Fundraiser" page in CRM contains deceased Prospects.
The Fundraiser On The Go app does not pull records marked as Deceased.
Steps to Duplicate
1) Go to Fundraiser on the Go and notice there are x number prospects in the Portfolio. 2) In CRM, go to Prospects > My Fundraiser page > Prospects and plans 3) Notice that the number of active Prospects and plans do not match the number in the Portfolio.
