To resolve this, run CRM in https. Ex. https://www.blackbaudCRM.com/browser/default.aspx
If it is necessary to run in http, you can disable the application setting in the web.config although Blackbaud does not recommend this approach. To do so, use add the following app key to the app settings section of the config file.
- Open your web.config file, which is under [CRM Installation Path]\AppFx\vroot\
- Add this key to the appsettings section: <add key="TransmitSessionCookiesOverHttps" value="true" />
- Save the file
