Access the family's account by going to Families > View All Families or by searching for the family using the search bar. 
  1. Click on family's name
  2. Using the arrow at the left of the screen (drawer menu), click Update Parent & Student Info under More Options
  3. Under Edit Student(s), click on Add New Student
  4. Add student's First and Last Name
  5. Select Student Grade from drop-down menu
  6. Enter additional information as needed
  7. Click Save Changes
Note: You can get to Update Parent and Student Information by going to the icons under the Smart Family ID and clicking on the Edit Family Information icon.
