Teachers are unable to enter comments for a marking period.
Ensure that comments have been set up for that grade plan.
1. In the Academics Persona go to Grades > Grading Setup > School Year Setup. 2. Enter the School Year, Group Type, School Level and Grade Plan Group. 3. Select View 4. In the Grade Plans window Choose the Term and select the Grade Plan that comments should be entered in. 5. Select View 6. Select Edit 7. Under Grades/Comments Description check to make sure that at least on Comment has been set up with the category of comments. 8. Save and Close
