FIMS Database Selection Window Flickers and Does not Allow User to Type or Click for Hosted FIMS

When launching FIMS and the database selection window opens the screen flickers on and off and the user is unable to select a database to log into. In order to remove the flickering window the user must launch task manager to close Citrix. This only occurs for those users who are using FIMS in the hosted HostNet environment.
It was determined by contacting Citrix that the use of different DPIs between monitors is not supported in Citrix XenDesktop and XenApp environments. You can verify the DPI (% scaling) using Windows Control Panel > Display options. If using a Windows 8.1 or Windows 10 end-point,  using the Let me choose one scaling level for all my displays option in the Windows Control Panel > Display options will configure the monitors appropriately.
