When I go to a user's constituent record, click on "Create As Admin", and then click "Next". I get an error message of: There was a problem processing your request.
Why can't I create an admin record for my user?
When creating an administrative record from a normal constituent record, you will need to make sure that the user has a valid First Name, Last Name and Email Address. If any of those fields are blank, you will run into the error. Once the field(s) contains a valid inputted value, you will be able to proceed with creating the administrative record.
