If your Calculated field appears to be short because it is "missing" or "skipping" a field in the addition formula, it would be wise to check the formula in your Blueprint module to ensure all fields are included in the formula.

In some rarer cases, two fields may have very similar names, so please be careful when reviewing the formula to be sure you are including the correct fields.

If you do not have Blueprint and your formula was created for you custom, then please contact Blackbaud Customer Support at 877-704-3343 between Monday and Friday, 8:30am-8:00pm EST or create a case through Case Central with details about the Calculated field, the form it is being used in, and any other pertinent details so we can expedite the solution.
