Error: Errors have occurred on this embedded donation form - when viewing donation forms in the OLX plug-in

In Online Express, I noticed a little hazard triangle next to the donation form template. When I clicked on it it says errors have occurred on this embedded donation form. Is this something I need to worry about or will it eventually just go away? How do I clear the errors listed on these forms?

These errors clear on their own within 48 hours
Users are unable to clear the error these after the details are viewed to remove them faster

Examples of possible errors:
Error: Server was unable to process request, error accessing BBPS service
Error: System.net.webexception: The operation has timed out at System.Web.Services.
Error: Error accessing BBPS service while attempting to get BBMS details.
