To submit a ticket to the data team, simply select the "Smart Tuition Data Uploads" product when submitting a support ticket through case central.

When submitting a data upload be sure to include:
  • Description of where the data you are uploading is going
  • Description of the data you are uploading
  • File attachment with the needed data.
When a member of the data team is processing your request, they will reach out to you through the newly created ticket.
