Once your families are active, it is important to know the timing of the first communication we send to the family regarding their active account.
The welcome letter is the initial communication to an active family confirming their active account, letting them know how to log in as a first time user, and advising of other "What you should know" items about making payment.
The standard timing is for the Welcome letter to go out 20 days before the first due date ( With a balance due). This can be customized to meet your school's needs.
NOTE : If the family does not have any balance due for the the first due date, the welcome letter will not generate until 20 days before the first balance is due.
