1. Once on the family's account, navigate to the pull out menu on the left-hand side of the page (blue tab with white arrow)
  2. Click More Options > Payment Settings > Payment Plan
  3. Select drop down menu > Click Extend Payment Plan > Click which months you would like included in the plan
  4. Click Extend
Note: If a month isn't available for you to extend a payment plan to, you will have to contact us so we can adjust your school settings in order to include that month. Also, an account has to be active in order for the option to extend the payment to show. You can't do this in the pending folder.
