Someone signed up for an event registration in onBoard. I processed the registration, and created the candidate and parent users. When I look at the candidate's profile, the event does not show in the Events section of the Record tab.
In order for an event registration to populate in the events section on a candidate's record, the registration form must have the Candidate Event Type selected.
If nothing is selected from this dropdown, the registration will not populate the event section, because the event type is a required field.
If the registration has been submitted, you can still make this change before processing and the event will populate.
