After updating my Windows 10 workstation, receipts intermittently will not print. Receipts are not printing intermittently.
In partnership with Microsoft, our Product Development team has reviewed this issue, its impact in the software, and the availability of an alternative solution. After a thorough investigation, we have determined that Windows 10 version 1709 and above, Internet Explorer version 11.192.16299.0 and above, and Altru 4.99 and above are not compatible. This issue will not be addressed currently in the software. We have confirmed Chrome is a compatible browser, please continue to use Chrome for printing as an alternative.
