To correct this, please do the following:

  1. Navigate to any Constituent record
  2. Select the Relationship tab
  3. Right click in the white space where the relationship details are listed
  4. Select columns
  5. Remove all columns but Name
    • Note: You may re-add the removed columns after completing the remaining steps
  6. Save and Close the Constituent record
  7. Open the Constituent record and navigate to the Relationship tab
