The steps listed below should be taken whenever a school administrator receives a check directly from a parent or a third party payer and it is made out to Smart Tuition instead of the school:
1. Write the Smart Family ID on the check. - this is to ensure the checks are posted to the correct family account.
2. Mail the checks to one of the payment processing centers closest to the school's location:
