Students can be completely removed from an active account. This will not affect any information from prior years. 

To remove a student/s:
  1. Go to https://school.smarttuition.com
  2. Select the applicable school year
  3. Go to the family's account under Families
  4. Hover over the blue box on the left and select More Options > Edit Billing Details
  5. Be sure no billing has been applied to the student to be removed
  6. Hover over the blue box on the left and select More Options > Update Parent & Student Info
  7. Click on the orange Remove button across from the student's name
  8. Enter a reason then click Save Changes
If you do not see an orange Remove button, then billing must still be applied towards the student. You may not completely remove a student when billing is applied.
