By design, Luminate Online will only grant certain product access or visibility based on the lowest level of permission for an Administrator Group. Being in more than one Administrator group can cause conflicting permissions as  certain permissions may be subtracted or deducted rather than added. Best practices for a Luminate Online Administrator is to be in as few Admin groups as possible and ideally only one - the one that is configured for the highest level of permissions desired. If it is necessary for an Admin to be in more than one Admin group, it is recommend to only be in Administrator Groups that do not experience conflicting permissions.
