I have a parent who states they enrolled online in Smart but I cannot find them in the system. Where should I go or what do I need to do to find them?
Parents who enroll online without any required payment at the time of online registration goes into the Parent Registration Folder found in the Enrollment tab.
For parents who are required to make a payment at the time of online registration, they will go straight to the Active folder list.
It is important to note that school administrators must make sure they are in the correct school year when searching for the parents who enrolled online. You can find which school year you are currently in by looking at the name of your school on the upper right hand corner of your screen and to toggle back and forth between school years, click on your school's name and choose the school year you want to view.
