An eCard recipient never received the eCard. Is there a way to resend it?
Currently, there is no built-in functionality to resend an eCard from Luminate Online. Much like how autoresponders cannot be resent, an eCard delivery requires an action to be taken. Once the action is complete, there is no way to trigger an eCard to be re-delivered.
You can confirm that an eCard was sent from Luminate Online. However, we cannot guarantee that all emails sent out will be received. Once the message leaves Luminate Online, it will be relayed between mail servers not under Blackbaud's control, and subject to many potential mishaps. Blackbaud makes every effort to adhere to reasonable spam and email construction standards, but if one of the mail servers or the end recipient's computer decides to not receive the message, there is not much that can be done from our side.
