If the parent has no events available to signed up for in Pickatime, then the SSO will just refresh the resource board. Be sure there is an event available for the parent.

If a parent clicks on a Pickatime link and it doesn't load, check the access settings for the role trying to access the link. Access can be granted by the platform manager as follows:

1. Navigate to Core > Content > Additional Content Types 
2. Click Links
3. Click the gear icon corresponding to pickAtime Link
4. In the access section, click on the role or roles to which you want to grant access and move them to the right by clicking '> >'
5. Click Save.
