When viewing a constituent record and using the Edit a posted payment for an Event registration, there was a checkbox: Refund on Save that was available as an option. This checkbox is no longer available.
We are currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future service pack
Steps to Duplicate
1. Submit a BBIS registration using a paid event 2. Go to Revenue > Batch entry and create a BBIS event registration batch 3. Commit the batch by clicking the green chevrons and clicking Commit 4. Go to the user record that you used to register 5. On the users record go to the Revenue tab > Recognition history > find the event registration and then click on the revenue type 6. On the Payment screen click Edit Posted payment on the left of the screen under Tasks 7. Under the Adjustment details tab notice there is no Refund on Save checkbox
