The system is currently unavailable - when accessing FIMS Help Online

When opening FIMS Help Online the web page opens with the error "System Unavailable. This system is currently unavailable; Systems Support has been notified of the issue and is investigating. Please try your request again at a later time. Thank you for your patience."
The FIMS Help Online URL has been updated and can now be found here.

This update will reflect on locally installed versions of FIMS once updated to version 14.5 or higher. 

Steps to Duplicate

In FIMS, Help> FIMS Help Online> new web browsers tab opens with error.
