Error: An error occured when retrieving Application and Report count Information when accessing the Application Dashboard Part

Application and Report Dashboard Part is displaying an error message upon launch of dashboard.

Error occurred while getting a list of completed applications.
Error occurred while sending an HTTP request to
The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a receive.
Unable to read data from the transport connection: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host.
To Resolve this issue use the steps below:

1. Log out of GIFTS Online
2. Log Back into GIFTS Online
3. Go to the Dashboard Tab with the Applications and Reporting dashboard part.
4. If the Issue recurs, delete and replace the dashboard part
