After generating student schedules, users can view conflicts to see why students have incomplete schedules.
Follow the steps below to view the conflicts.
1. Go to Academics > Scheduling > Requests and Schedules 2. In the Student Schedule block select More Actions > View Results 3. Click on the number of students processed.
4. Select the Pencil (edit) next to the Student's name. 5. Hover over the Conflict to see the conflict type. For example, A block conflict means that the available sections conflict with another section that the student is enrolled in.
To resolve these conflicts schools can:
1. Determine which courses the student should be enrolled in and which courses they should be dropped from. 2. Add more sections to increase the available options for scheduling. 3. Adjust the Scheduling priorities on Generate Student Schedule and run schedule maker again.
