If the scheduled program did not require registration, we are unable to get an accurate report for who attended, however we can see who purchased tickets using the below steps:

Begin your query:
  1. Navigate to Analysis > Information Library
  2. Click Add an Ad-hoc Query
  3. Choose the Source view of Sales Orders and click OK
Add fields to Include records where:
  1. To filter on a specific program: In the left column, expand Sales Order Item, expand Sales Order Item Ticket, select Program. From the middle column, drag Program record into Include records where. Set equal to your Program.
    • Note: If you want to review a specific program event: In the left column, expand Sales Order Item, expand Sales Order Item Ticket, select Program event. From the middle column, drag Event record into Include records where. Set Equal to your Program event.
    • Note: To filter on a specific date range for multiple program events: In the left column, expand Sales Order Item, expand Sales Order Item Ticket, then select Program Events. From the middle column, drag Start Date to Include records where and set between X and Y
Add fields to Results fields to display:
  1. In the left column, select Constituents. From the middle column, drag Name into Results fields to display.
  2. To see email address: In the left column, expand Constituents and select Email addresses. From the middle, drag Email address into Results fields to display.
  3. To see number of tickets purchased: In the left column, select Sales Order Item. From the middle column, drag Quantity to Results fields to display.
  4. To see the name of the program event: In the left column, expand Sales Order Item, expand Sales Order Item tickets, and select Program Events. From the middle column, drag Name into Results fields to display.
Save your query:
  1. Click Set save options tab
  2. Name your query
  3. Save and Close
