This error message can occur when a program exist on a group sales itinerary but the pricetype used in the itinerary does not match the price type that exist on the program event's record. To resolve this issue you can adjust the price type of the reservation to match the price type on the program event's record or add the group type(s) from the reservation to the list of price types on the program event's record

To adjust the Price Type of the reservation:
  1. Click Tickets > Program search > search for and select the program
  2. Click on the Event list tab > click on the name of the program event (If you're scheduling an admission program click on the prices tab and take note of the price types then skip to step 4)
  3. Click on the prices tab and take note of the price types on the program event
  4. Click Sales > Group sales > select your reservation on the group sales calendar
  5. Click the arrow next to the name under manage itineraries > click edit
  6. Change the price type to the correct price type that exist on the program event > Click save
OR

To add the price type that exist on the reservation to the Program event
  1. Click Sales > Group sales > select your reservation on the group sales calendar
  2. Click the arrow next to the name under manage itineraries > click edit
  3. Take note of the price types used on the itinerary
  4. Click Tickets > Program Search > Search for and select the program
  5. Click the event list tab > click on the name of the program event that exist on the reservation
  6. Click assign custom prices > mark create custom prices for this event if needed
  7. Add the price type from the reservation > click save
