Revenue reports are timing out when run from SSRS but are working correctly from CRM itself. This issue is occurring even with a small set of parameters that shouldn’t return any results.
We’re currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future service pack.
Steps to Duplicate
1. Navigate to the Giving Activity report from CRM with the following parameters: -Start Date: 01/01/2018 (alternatively even a 1 day start/end times out) -End Date: 04/04/2018 -All records. 2. Note the report completed successfully. Example parameters return 2 records. 3. From SSRS Navigate to System reports > Revenue Processing > Activity Report. 4. Use the same parameters as above (or one day) 5. Note the report times out after ten minutes.
