The first phone type mapped in BBIS is pulled into the donation form for logged in users even if it is marked inactive.
This happens for the following parts: Donation Form, Event 2.0 Form, Membership Form, Event Classic Form.
We’re currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future service pack.
Steps to Duplicate
1. Verify the phone type mapped to Home in BBIS. 2. Using a constituent that has a BBIS account, edit their Home phone from the above mapping and set an end date/do not call. Set a different phone type as the primary contact. 3. Log into BBIS as the constituent above. 4. Navigate to a donation form, populate the form. Not the inactive phone number is pulled in by default.
