Action Reminders sent on incorrect date

Users who are listed in the Notify area of an Action with the reminder set to 1 day before are receiving emails 9 months before the action and the email is sent multiple times. 
We are currently evaluating this issue and will update this article when we have more information.

Steps to Duplicate

1. Integrate The Raiser's Edge with Outlook Anywhere in Hosting and Link RE Username to Outlook Username
2. Login to The Raiser's Edge as Supervisor
3. Open Constituent record of Angela Diresta (or any other record)
4. Go to the Action tab and select New Action
5. Mark the following selections

Category: Phone Call
Action Date: 2/1/2019
6. Mark the box to Auto-Remind and Set Reminder for 1 day beforehand
7. Click Notify
8. Arrow over the RE Username needed and mark the option for Notify using Outlook Appointments or Both
9. Click OK
10. Click Save and Close on the Action record
