Error: The given key was not present in the dictionary

When navigating to the Online Express plugin, users receive the error, "The given key was not present in the dictionary." Users can click "OK" and the error will go away, but the error will intermittently re-appear throughout the user's session within the plugin.
This is resolved with the 7/24/2018 Online Express release.

Steps to Duplicate

  1. In the Raiser's Edge, navigate to the Online Express plugin
  2. Error appears
  3. Click OK
  4. Error goes away
  5. Continue to work within the plugin
  6. Error will intermittently appear, but users can click through the error
