When using the criteria for postal code radius in a query, if the starting postal code field has a postal code that begins with 0, no accounts are returned regardless of the radius entered. If you edit the query to remove the leading 0 from the postal code and keep the radius the same, then the query results will return accounts outside of the radius entered.
We are currently evaluating this issue and will update this article when we have more information.
Steps to Duplicate
Create a new query
Select query category of base and set query to all constituents
Choose data return type of accounts for results
Set criteria matching to match all criteria and leave drop down as any persona
Add criteria for postal code radius.
Enter a postal code that begins with 0 in starting postal code
Enter any radius greater then 1
Click save and preview
No accounts returned
Select edit query
Remove the leading 0 from the postal code and leave radius the same
Select save and preview.
The results returned are not within the radius of the postal code
