To request Customer Support import new Notes to your Portfolios, Opportunities, or Applications, review the following scenarios, and contact Customer Support to proceed:

If you have a spreadsheet with your new Notes:
  • Verify the spreadsheet contains the following three required columns:
    • Portfolio, Opportunity, or Application ID;
    • Notes;
    • The name or ID of the User (you or another administrator) to attribute the addition of the note
  • Verify your Notes text is complete and ready to import
  • Contact Customer Support and request an import of your new Notes

If you do not have a spreadsheet with your new Notes:
  1. Contact Customer Support and request a Report of your current Portfolio, Opportunity or Application IDs; alternatively you can also request a report of existing Notes in order to prevent duplication. You can use this report as the basis for the spreadsheet to add your new Notes.
  2. Once complete, Customer Support will send you a link to the Report located in your Files section (Site>Files)
  3. Locate the Report from the list of files
  4. Click Download 
  5. Review the Report and identify the corresponding Portfolios, Opportunities, or Applications you would like to add Notes to
  6. Delete all columns except the ID column
  7. Add a new column entitled "notes" to the spreadsheet
  8. Add your new notes to the corresponding Portfolios, Opportunities, or Applications
  9. Add a new column entitle user. Add the name or user ID of the administrator who should be attributed as the adder of the notes.
  10. Save as a .csv file
  11. Update your Customer Support ticket with your spreadsheet and request Customer Support complete the import of the new Notes 
Please note these new Notes will not overwrite or delete existing Notes; they will be added as an additional Note.
