Registrant showing as Declined in query, Registered on record

I had an individual on a special event who originally was marked as Declined, but recently changed her status and is now Registered. I updated her status in the special event. So now it says status Registered and she shows a balance. However, when i do a registrant query - it does not recognize her as Registered, but rather Declined.
Please contact support if you are experiencing this issue and provide the details of the registrant showing as Declined.

Steps to Duplicate

Create a special event
  1. Go to Event > Add
  2. Select Special Event
  3. Give your event a name and time
  4. Click Save
Create  an invitation
  1. click the Invitations tab
  2. Click Add
  3. Give your process a name
  4. Click Save
  5. Click the name of your process


Add constituents to the process
  1. Click Add > Constituent
  2. Search for and select a constituent
  3. Click Send [Name of Process] Invitations
  4. Select a mail date
  5. Select the Processing Options tab
  6. Choose Email and Mail Packages
  7. Click Start
Mark constituent Declined
  1. On the Registrants tab of the event record, click the drop-down arrow next to the constituent and mark Declined
  2. Click the drop-down again and mark them Not declined
  3. Click Register and choose a registration option for the constituent, then click Save
Create a query of your registrants
  1. Click Analysis > Information Library
  2. Click Add an ad hoc query
  3. Select source view of Registrant
  4. From the far left column, click Event
  5. From the center column, select Event Record
  6. Select your event
  7. Click Registrant in the far left column
  8. From the center column select Status, set this to Registered
  9. Preview results and note that the registrant is missing from the results
