This behavior can be caused by incorrect Constant Contact credentials. If your username or password recently changed for Constant Contact, please update the credentials in eTapestry.
Steps to Duplicate
Steps to confirm: Verify that emails have been sent to any given constituent via Constant Contact. Verify that no entry was added to Mass Interactions or Journal. Have support confirm that Sunday syncs are happening.
