Error: Background job creation failed. See inner exception for details.

When attempting to run an Acknowledgement Process, Assign Letters Process, or Generate Reminders Process the error background job creation failed. See inner exception for details may occur if the enqueue settings password is incorrect.
  1. Navigate to Administration and select Business processes.
  2. Under Tasks, select 'Edit enqueue settings'.
  3. Choose a user account to use as the enqueue user and enter the user account password.
  4. Click 'Test connection' to ensure that the credentials are correct. 
  5. If successful, click 'Save' to save the settings.

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Attempt to run an Acknowledgement Process, Assign Letters Process, or Generate Reminders Process with incorrect credentials in 'Edit enqueue settings'.
  2. Receive the error: Background job creation failed. See inner exception for details.
