If you are trying to install Document Template Manager (https://www.blackbaud.com/files/support/howto/coveo/gifts-online/go-core-doctempmgr.html), but you don't see the option to "Install Template Manager" under the Admin menu, then your user account does not currently have adequate permissions to complete the installation.

If you find yourself in this position, have your organization's Site Administrator contact support and request to have your user moved into a different permissions group (one that has admin access to the template manager).

Site Administrators - When you reach out to contact support, make sure that you provide the individual's Username (the one who needs to install Document Template Manager) and clarify which permissions group you would like to add them to.
