When a user wants to pull in reports that were published to grantees online, they are able to use the Applications menu to retrieve these online requirements. In a rare occasion, users may receive the error message below:
Error occurred while retrieving grantee submission. Error occurred while updating requirement from a GAD document. Grantee submission xxxxx.doc (or .pdf, .xlsx, etc) was not found
If this error occurs, most often it means that the Requirement record itself was deleted from Blackbaud Grantmaking and now the related documents for the online form are running into an issue as they are looking to be placed in that same Requirement record.
To resolve, we advise reaching out to Blackbaud Grantmaking Support at your earliest convenience so that we may take steps to pull the Requirements in for you.
