DonorCentral upload isn't successful but a confirmation email is received

A scheduled task DonorCentral upload runs and a confirmation email is sent, but DonorCentral is not updating successfully. 
We are currently evaluating this issue and will update this article with more information.  

Steps to Duplicate

  1. A scheduled task runs every morning
  2. A confirmation email is received
  3. Log into DonorCentral
  4. Confirm no data has changed
