If you have a question you about a donation, you may need to contact Network For Good (NFG) directly.  You can do this by filling out their support form at: https://blackbaud.networkforgood.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

A good guideline for contacting NFG, does it have anything to do with the disbursement process? If the answer is yes, then you most likely need to contact NFG.

The following are a list of questions that would warrant contacting Network For Good (NFG). This is not an all encompassing list.
- Did the nonprofit receive their donation or match?
- Why are my employees credit card or batch donations returning a failure message?
- I can't access the partner portal or its reports
- Administrative updates or related question
- I can't find a transaction in my partner portal
- Invoice/Finance requests

- Check reissues

The NFG  support form also has a menu option for Other. You may want to contact Blackbaud Customer Support if selecting other. We can help you determine the best way to handle your question.
