Users report that some records from Core are updated but do not show up for review and processing in the Connect RE plugin in Raiser's Edge.
A record may not appear for a variety of reasons. Users can review the following steps to resolve:
1. Navigate to Connect RE, Settings. Ensure the missing record in Core has a role that matches one of the Included roles check boxes. 2. Confirm the record is not pending in both the Key Metrics section AND the Matching section. Users must click on the Matching button to load new roles if a change was recently made in Settings. Process any pending updates. 3. Navigate to Core and edit a mapped field on their record (i.e., a middle name) to force the sync. Check Key metrics and Matching to view the change 4. Navigate to Connect RE, Settings, Advanced settings. Choose the Refresh and Process function which will automatically update any linked records with an update.
