Logo shows very large when using the ReceiptGrid merge field

If you use logos, You may notice that after patrons purchase something online, the email sent after the purchase has your logo enlarged when using the ReceiptGrid merge field.
  1. Click Web > Manage Program Forms 
  2. Search for the Program having the issue 
  3. Click the chevron next to the program event > click Acknowledgement email > Edit 
  4. Click on the View Tab > Click HTML 
  5. Completely clear out all of the HTML Code > Click Update 
  6. Re-create the acknowledgment email > Click save 
  7. Run a test to see if the issue still occurs  

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Patron goes to webform and purchases an item
  2. The email they receive contains a enlarged logo
