All user account in ResearchPoint, once created, are tied to a number of items within ResearchPoint such as research history, research lists, global changes, etc. Because these items would cause a prospect record to not reflect correct information when affiliated with a deleted user, it's not possible to delete accounts from ResearchPoint.  You may, however, mark the account as inactive.

To mark an account as inactive, please follow the instructions below:
  1. Click Administration
  2. Click Application Users
  3. Click the green chevron to the left of the user account you wish to deactivate
  4. Click Mark Inactive
    • You may enter a reason for the deactivation when prompted if you wish.
  5. Click Yes
The user account will now be inaccessible.
