Opportunities is missing from Fundraising>Reporting for non-Admin users

Once SKY Reporting is enabled for an organization, the Opportunities dashboard is cleared from Fundraising>Reporting for all users, but users can simply re-add the Opportunities dashboard in Fundraising>Reporting and move forward without any further issue.

If an organization has SKY Reporting enabled, non-Admin users with access to Opportunities tasks cannot access the Opportunities dashboard in Fundraising>Reporting unless the user is marked as an Admin in Web View, adds the Opportunities dashboard panel in Fundraising>Reporting, and then is unmarked as an Admin in Web View.

Note: This only occurs for organizations with SKY Reporting AND Permissions UI enabled. If the organization does not have SKY Reporting, this behavior does not occur.
