DonorCentral v4 Upload Confirmation Emails Include Incorrect Contact Method for Blackbaud Support

When looking at the DonorCentral v4 Sync confirmation email, you may notice that the link for DC Support initiates an email to fimssupport@microedge.com which is no longer a mailbox that is in use. The correct way to contact Blackbaud Support from that email would be to access Case Central https://www.blackbaud.com/casecentral/casesearch.aspx .
At this time, this issue will not be addressed.
