To add an enrollment row for the school year the contract is generated for:

  1. Go to Core
  2.  Users > Select  Edit User Profile Data.
  3. Using the filter options, search for and enter the student's user profile.
  4. Within System Information, Select Student Enrollments 
  5. Select Enroll in School.
  6. Select the school year.
  7. Select the grade level the student will be in.
  8. Click Save & Exit.
