To see if Learning Profile Access has been given, navigate to:
- Academics > Grades > Grading setup > Learning profile forms
- Click Edit next to the Learning Profile Form.
- Select Access.
- Mark each Role who should have access to this in the Report column and View Column.
- Click Save & Exit.
Then you will want to ensure Access has been given to the Report. To do this, navigate to:
- Analysis > Reports
- Select Report Admin
- Change the category to Learning Profile
- To the right of Learning Profile-Profile click Role or User (Depending on if you want to add a Role or a Specific User(s)
- Select any role/User that should be able to access the Learning Profiles by clicking the >> Add to Group
- Click Save & Exit
